Our story
From Santiago to the Twin Cities.
Orlando left Chile in 1991 and missed home cooking from day one. In 2013 he launched a food truck serving empanadas in a cone — and twelve years later, our new clean-energy food van is bringing Chilean-Latin fusion to your neighborhood.
